They come in three varities; regular, cherry sauce (excellent, different, but excellent)--and the most breath taking spicy sauce this side of Thailand (its called "TC" sauce). The hot and spicy is NOT for the faint of mouth. It is near that "cold sweat across the top of your forehead feeling" hot. The rest of the food there is very good too. But in all honesty, it is the ribs. The GG recently took a friend from Las Vegas up there, she doesn't much like ribs--and she ate a whole slab and two of mine they were so good. Atmosphere? Dill's is a bar with entertainment and noise, what else? It is not sophisticated or expensive. It is good, the waitpersons are friendly and helpful. The desserts are murderously good, but if you count calories stay away from them. But then again, if you count calories what the heck are you doing in Michigan (especially Northern Michigan) in the first place? This is the land of fudge after all. Anyway, take my advice, take a trip to DILL's--do not stop at Tony's on the way there, you will need lots of room in your tummy for all the goodies there. Rating: seven oinks and two burps. Later,
